1.Ensure that the drainage channels are free and clear of blockages.
2. Keep all moving parts such as hinges, lock assemblies, handles, patio doors, letter plate springs and striking plates periodically lubricated
3.Clean the glass regularly with a clear liquid spray glass cleaner & a soft cloth and the gaskets/seals with a mild non-abrasive detergent solution to remove any dirt and grime.
4.Abrasive cleaning agents or ammonia are to be avoided particularly on handles and other metal filaments.
5. It is not recommended to paint window frames. Instead profile wrapping is suggested in case colored profiles are required.
6.Open windows on a daily basis sufficiently to allow the moist air out and fresh air in.
7.Parts exposed when the window or door is open should be simply wiped clean, removing debris and remains of insects etc.
